I spotted this Gallardo with no rear bumper with a Georgia tag ( PTR 6455 ) on Lenox Road turning North on Peachtree road.. This car has a turbo installation with no markings on the car to tell what brand. I never seen one with out a bumper before. It sounded powerful!
