Can this Ferrari legally drive around in Monaco without country of origin on the license plate?

@Simon.B I think they can, since Russia started the war in Ukraine many Russian owners have removed the russian flag from their licenseplates while being in Monaco. Dont think they got into to much trouble, and fines probably dont really affect their bank accounts haha.
