I don't know if this will be accepted or not, so I just try it. It is a G-model 911 Targa with an electric engine. It is made by the company Revive and is simply called "One". The new enginge rebuild costs about 80.000€ plus the base car. If you google for Revive One you will find more informations about it. According to one article, this car here has as much power as the 930 Turbo, which makes it comparable to the 930 Turbo (Targa) which is accepted on AG.
